**MAJOR STATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Due to the growing popularity of the station, we've opened up 20 more "free slots" for listeners. We've upped the total from 30 to 50! Thank You!!


And we need to especially thank our legion of VIP members! Because of them, we had enough VIP money to cover the increase AND extend the FULL contract through August 10, 2007.

Games on sister!!!... only thing that is not fair is I am going to Punta Cana for a week next week, and I don't have laptop, (nor would I bring it there anyway if I did) so you will be able to fly past me on the track while I am basically on a "pit StOP"...

I just got done workin' out. I'm wide awake- that's what it does to me. I know you're not supposed to exercise at night but I tried it really early in the morning before work and it SUCKED- I was so tired the whole day.

Do you think people will associat the Cheetos-cat with my name on here?

cheese I am big on working out when its winter, but often times I can't go till 9 pm, and you are sooo right on trying to wind down. may I suggest either soaking in the hot tub there after, or instead/ or in addition to a shower, simply soak in a hot bath for 10 minutes. sleepy time tea or valarian root and you will be out!

I was really happy because I did most of the exercising I wanted to today.

I used some hand weights this morning, hit the slam man and the treadmill for a little bit this afternoon. Went for a walk in the late afternoon. All I had left was to use the exercise bike and I figured I'd save that for when I got home.

Not gonna happen. It's not that I don't have the energy, I just don't want to do it now. The forum is hopping, there's a good movie on, it's dark out.

I have to get back to doing it all in the AM.

Hey JD, have you noticed how much earlier it's getting dark already?

I have not sir! if I can light the grill at 7, be eating by 8 and there is some remnant of daylight left then, its still summer. YOu have noticed tho???? man! dont bring me down ITS AUGUST!!!!!! AUGUST!!!! I DONT NOTICE THIS TILL OCTOBER, YOU!!!!

I never noticed it before this driving job. Now the night is marked by where I am at any given point, so I really notice when the light is changing.

Won't be long and it'll be dark at 5:00 PM Today I just couldn't beleive how LONG the shadows were.

I was out in Peewaukee, which is kind of country-like, and the cars shadow was waaaaaay accross the field. I thought to myself "that wasn't like that the last time I noticed"

aw, I think the listeners/forum members don't know enough about Roberts. He ultimately pulls the strings of the station. We are merely his pawns. he lives in an iron lung in the attic. hates the daylight, is richer than most politicians, and has friends in the russian mob that provides us with a hearty portion of the music.....anything else about roberts, riggs? by the way, as you are my boss, please remind him I am still waiting payment for the "I hate even the idea of the sun" curtains that I hung for him oh 3 MONTHS AGO???
