Will Hoge - Woman Be Strong ~requested~


I ate lunch last week with friends. Was talking about requesting Will's musice on FFR. One of the girls says "Oh! He's my neighbor" so... we go to MySpace to learn more. Come to find out, in looking at his bandmates, his keyboardist used to give my daughter piano lessons while he was still a student at Belmont Univ. I feel downright Lady Strangish right now rubbing elbows with all these artists!!

I did dedicate a few Aussie artists your way today.  I wanted a theme day for Aussie artists for you and UK artists for our UK blokes like Craig, Ultimo, MD, and Pip.  I got a couple of UK artists in and then started dedicating to everybody else too here locally.  I'm easily distracted I guess.

I'm so glad!  I highly recommend the album.  Most of it ROCKS!  But when I was sending Christmas songs into Riggs, I wanted to send only originals, (Well, with the exception of Spinal Tap's "We Three Kings", because that's just downright hilarious.) because even with new & different versions, you can get sick of a song, ya know?  Anyway, check out the Brian album - it's great!

Being the nosy snoop I am, I couldn't wait to read what everybody got for Christmas. Granted, I can\'t see or pick up and touch each of the gifts, but right now, I think I\'d have to give JR the blue ribbon. Ruby should most definitely feel warm and fuzzy with that thoughtful gift.


I agree TN! I knew that I should have been easy to shop for. But for man to do that is sweet. I think someone helped him though!

I searched the forum for days til I found a thread about what DS likes- nativity scenes. I was psyched to find a unique one. I even found a penguin one, but it was $50!

I like this, too.  It screamed “Desmond” to me, so I looked it up.  Desmond produced the album, but this particular song was written by Chris Braide, Gary Burr (one of my favorite country songwriters, who I finally got to meet and see in concert this year) and Aldo Nova.  Yay, Aldo!  Hope he made a good deal of money off of this.
