Yep, you're free to use anything off of the website, as long as you quote it directly. There's some stuff that's worded a specific way so the IRS is happy, so paraphrasing is not a good idea. Anything in the About COTA section is fine. Also, I'll email you a blank version of the press release we give to our patients, you can use anything off of that too.

Hot Dog Macaroni- for 4

8ox elbow macaroni / 2 hot dogs / 14 oz can tomatoes / 6-8 oz cheddar cheese grated / salt and/or pepper

Cook pasta, drain. Add to skillet along with all other ingredients.  Fast & dirty. If you have more time you can saute sliced onions and zuchini and add. Add more pasta if you're really hungry.

No problem- anything for FFR. Let me know if you need ANY kind of recipe.  Cooking is my favorite hobby- I have a million recipes. I try new ones at least once a week.  I do have some favorites so just let me know what you're looking for.

 

Sounds like you might need simple recipies without exotic or too many ingredients.
