I am cooking tonight- but I left work at 2, so I felt bad. Making homemade ravolis, sauce, sausage and bread oh and a salad.

doggone it. I tried to make cornish hen tonight, but for the life of me, it just didn't work at all- burnt on the outside, bloody on the inside. that sucked! now I have to come up with something else....

Dinner tonight was all items from the green market-


smoked pork-chops and potatoes that I cooked up on the grill, green beans, sliced tomatoes and amish white bread. I swear to god, this is one of the best meals I ever had. FRESH!

I actually cooked dinner last night. I know, I know- but don't pass out on me people! LOL!


I made potato and cheese pierogies and some parmesan cheese pasta.


Later hubby went out to Dairy Queen and picked up Blizzards.
