This is one of the worst stretches I've ever gone through.

Today I'm gonna try a new approach, exhaustion. I'm gonna just get going in a few minutes here and exercise my a** off this morning. Then I'm gonna park as FAR away from my accounts as I can during my route and hoof it to them and back all day, then I'm gonna come home and exercise a bunch more and see if I can just collapse into a sound nights sleep!

In what little I DID sleep I did have a cool dream about my Dad though! I JUST remembered it. I knew he was sick and didn't have much time left, but I was able to go to breakfast with him one more time. Maybe that's been on my mind. I know he always enjoyed going to breakfast and I wish I'd done it more often with him. It used to be a weekly occurance but the last five years or so we only went once every month or two, sometimes less than that.

You might try watching a crappy movie.  My husband & I tried watching "Millenium" the other night, starring one of his favorites - Cheryl Ladd, and one of mine - Kris Kristofferson.  It was only 6:00, but we both dozed off during it!  Yes, it must've been that bad!

Just a bed and furniture. I do have a portable DVD player that once in awhile I'll watch an episode of something.

Last night I watched an episode of Buffy The Vampire Slayer before I tried to fall asleep.

Oh, good God - no wonder you couldn't sleep!  That show gets my blood pumping - Waaaaay too exciting to watch before bed, silly!

hey riggs I have some valarian here its called- its all natural, supposed to help you sleep- I think it helps me. sometimes a bit hard to get up in the morning if you take it too late tho. I have two 90 count bottles that expire Oct of 2007- no way will I even go through the one bottle before then- it was buy one get one free- you can have this 2nd bottle to try.
