Oh my God, Cheese, yes! You listed 2 albums that are like that for me: 1st Skid Row (freakin perfection) and the 1st Warrant (Great album! "32 Pennies"?! Come on! I had a tape for my car with Warrant on one side, and Skid Row on the other, and I think I wore it out.

Great time, too. I saw both of those bands so many times on their first album tours.

Oh, I'm sorry - I didn't see your "N" as in "Never". It's late, and I'm tired.

Did you see Patty hosting "Ladies Only" on VH1 Classic the other day?

ha! i could've listened to those both a million times and not get sick of them. i saw Skid Row up in Alpine Valley, WI when they opened up for Bon Jovi in summer of 1989. I don't think I ever saw Warrant. Total classics.

I didn't know she was gonna be on - I just stumbled upon it. Terrible host. She did a really poor job. But it was good seeing her. Maybe it'll repeat - I don't know.

---Hey L-S-

DId you come up with that name from the song on Hi-N-Dry? I love that album too. It has this certain quality to it that just brings you back- way back- to how I loved those guys in the early/raw stage of their career. I especially like to crank up Hi-n-dry (Saturday night!)

Just about any David Bowie album, but Diamond Dogs in particular. It's just one of those albums that seems to be written as an entire album, not just a collection of songs.

Yes, it's my all-time favorite HM album.  And Lady Strange just blew me away!  I love it too!  Their best album by far!  (With Pyromania coming in 2nd.  Pyromania is great, too, but Pete Willis was out of the band at that time, and it really bummed me out.  Plus the album wasn't quite as edgy as HND.)

This is why I don't have many CDs... I usually like one or two songs and just want to forward through the rest... save for Pink Floyd... I have that complete 8-CD set and could listen to it non-stop. But my favorite is the "Wish You Were Here" cd.

I also like James Taylor's Greatest Hits CD and any CD by Simon and Garfunkel, or just Paul Simon.

See, I don't find that all that often.
