Back from vacation down the dominican republic.  The ocean water was so beautiful.  Lots of topless women walking around, BF loved that, but after a few days he was used to it.  Once you've seen a pair, you've seen them all.


Lots of RandR and I have a swollen liver from all the drinking I was doing.


Transportation at the airports, ETC was horrible.  And I left plenty enough time in advance.


I cannot stick around that long today, I have a ton of unpacking to do, laundry, pay bills, go to the grocery store, so this is it for me.  I just wanted to say hi, and that I missed you all.  I'll be back w/ you full time to chat and request on Monday.

Oh yeah thanks JD, that I need to add to my list of things to do today.... get my prints done from the digital camera.  And I'll send a few to you on Monday.  The cord for the camera is at work so I need that to Download to computer.... You'll just have to wait till Monday for a few.

Ruby I am actually at work today, but (close to home)  I was in Punta Cana for 6 days, and by the 4th or 5th day I was ready to come home. There is only so much you can drink, and you just don't feel like doing it anymore.......   I had more Presidente beer than I probably should have and it was all inclusive.  I had to switch to something else because beer gets me so bloated


The flights themselves where smooth and on time, but the lines at the airport and security were horrible.  In Boston Logan Airport there had to be at least 400 people in front of me at the security checkpoint and they actually had to scream out to the line for anyone on my flight to go ahead of the line or we'd miss it.  And of course all the people in line who I was moved in front of were all cursing


The people in the Dominican were really nice, but they didn't really speak very good English, they knew the basics.  I really wish I knew Spanish it would have helped alot.


But all in all I had a great time.  I would recommend Punta Cana to anyone.

We rented speed boats for 2 hours one day.  That was an adventure.  WE had to keep up the the first boat and follow along.  WE went parellell to the shore line about an hour in one direction and then back again.  So that allowed us to see the other resorts from the shore.  I didn't do any shopping off of the resort.  But I did go to the shops in the resort.  My second day there I needed more Sunblock, because I brought 15, but I needed SPF 30, and I bought Aloe from the resort shops, due to my sunburn.... everything was so overpriced.


They had a casino, and I played Roullette the second night there and won about $50.  I didn't do the slots because rumor had it NO ONE was winning on them.


Now I am back at work and reality.... and my chest and shoulders are peeling...  and I am finally able to drink a good cup of coffee!!!
