hey all- had lots of fun last night- Lambeau field is AWESOME!! fun game too. details to follow later! I was tired from drivin and just cleaned up and went to bed- it was a long day. But it was an awesome night!


JR I am thinking of some point of heading back up there on a non-game day to visit hall of fame, do the stadium tour. you've got to go with me man!


About an hour 40 mins to get up there- not bad at all!

I was suprised- traffic was not bad at all! found on the street parking for free maybe 1/2 a mile a way. I would love to definately go back!

it was sooo awesome! there is this bay city grill house I think its called, across the street, that set up a grill and had hamburgers brats and beer, set up tables too  to just sit eat and chill at. everyone seemed so nice and happy. The budwieser Klidesdale (sic?) horses and the cart came down the street and stopped in front for a bit. that was unexpected and pretty cool. got a pic of that.


I was suprised, on tv the stadium seems like everything is a mile high up in the air, but its actually much more compact looking once you are in there. its huge, but I honestly wonder if where the wisconsin badgers play isn't A LOT bigger. have to look that up! I could be wrong.


we left mid-way in the 4th quarter to get a jump on traffic. and walking through the neighborhood towards the car, the roar of the stadium was awesome (we missed the last scoring), but it was sooo cool to hear that. a lot of homes right on the same block as the stadium.


When walking out of the parking lot, we saw a house located right by the parking lot entry gate. I had mused "man I bet these folks have got season tickets, they walk 300 feet to the holy shrine of football...." and sure enough the people behind us were indeed the owners of the house and were heading back.

Smart idea about leaving early- we did that at the Braves game. Glad you had fun and that they won.
