hubby's on his way from golf to the store to pick up the rest of dinner. All I know is that we are having meatloaf. So I am hoping the rest is good. I don't like meatloaf, but I eat it because he like it.

BF cooked BBQ spareribs outside on the smoker.... yummy!!!!!!  Best meal I have had since I came back from the Dominican......  Not that their food was bad, it just wasn't anything I am used to.

They had a lot of food to offer in DR, but I didn't try it all.  They had snake, Mahi-mahi, all kinds of seafood, and some other weird stuff.  I stuck with the regular American type food, like Scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, lunch meat for sandwiches, hamburgers, and at dinner usually some kind of pasta dish....... I did try the shrimp though, it was good.

New Wishbone I think. Hubby bought it and marinated some shark meat last week or the week before. It was good.

wow I never had shark!

this morning jaida on her cooking show was preparing scallops wrapped in proscuitto! these scallops were almost fish-sized!! never seen them that big or fresh looking! they would cost a MINT to get here. heck, so would shark!

I almost always eat it fresh too. It makes so much meat to freeze that he almost always cooks some up that night.

I made homemade pizza. Everything made from scratch. It was pretty darn good. I would still kill for Papa Johns though.

thump these scallops had a sauce made of sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil, black olives, basil. then wrapped in proscuttio. omg they looked awesome!

We've got pork steaks in onion soup mix cooking in the oven. We also dug two hills of potatoes from our garden have those boiling too.

I think its about time to eat.
