hey!


my friend kim really likes them elongated pennies- where you put a penny in a machine and it stretches and stamps it with an image, oftentimes the location of where the penny machine is located.

Its an interesting obsession, I know, BUT I said I would make a posting. There are penny collector forums, trading sites and stuff like that!
 
If anyone ever sees one of these machines, would you take a moment and make Kim one from that location and mail it in to me c/o the station? I think she has 180 different ones now. I know she has Mt Rushmore. I gotta remember to make her one when I go to the Brewers game in a couple of weeks.

i've never seen these pennies.  that's pretty neat!

The only CT one I see where I might be going is Foxwoods Casino, where we recently saw the Extreme reunion show.  If we go there again, I will look for the penny machine.

This is weird but I actually have two in my coat pocket, I just checked all my pockets and found a Sealife centre one from Birmingham, its doesn't say Birmingham on it but it from there and one from Centre Parcs in Longleat, Wiltshire, again it doesn't say Longleat on it. I can send these JD if she would like them?

I read on the list that there is a machine near the Middlesbrough Football Stadium too, thats not far from where I live so I will try and get one of those too then send these off for you.
