Ever look at yourself on one computer and you say to yourself, "gee that picture isn't that bad."  And then you look at yourself at another computer (like I am right now) and you say to yourself, "Damn, why did I show that one, my face looks fat!".........

Lol...well those pics of Darlene's look just wonderful...


I believe Italy is beautiful too...I have never been before, we go 13th October for 2 weeks...hope they still have a bit of warmth...

I live ten miles from the beach, so Darlene's pictures are great, but no longing is involved- it is too close. But Italy- how dreamy- such history, fashionable and FOOD!

Yes. we may hire a car though for a few days...we will have no money lol as it looks as though our house buying is about to happen too...we may be moving in a few weeks now too lol

lol...yes Mark gets to indulge with the holiday planning.


In 2003 he planned his own solo trip to the states for his 40th. I hadn't quite moved in with him at that point although we were an item. he came over for 3 weeks...Did Memphis, Nashville, Chicago, New York, the Buddy Holly Museum town...Amtrak too lol

JD thank you for the compliment, but  that cream puff a few weeks ago probably didn't help with the waistline. 


I am so envious of Pip's upcoming trip to Italy.  How romantic.  That must be a great place to go to, and the food must be heavenly!!!  Taramousou... (sp?) yummy.
