speaking of animals I heard somthin last night but didn't think much of it. This morning I went to get on the ATV and it was covered in racoon tracks. LOL the stupid thing was on the seat, there was and empty jerky package in the bag on the back of it.

yea south dakota! you guys got like jackolopes and injuns and polar bears and crap! holy moly, living in a house in south dakota is close enough to camping for me! I can't imagine camping on top of camping like that!

I give anyone credit who can camp using a tent.  I am such a baby, I need a toilet and a shower, and a warm bed, and a TV.  The thought of sleeping on the ground just doesn't appeal to me.


This is more my speed.

nah I am not a camper. I need a cabin.


although I had really thought about tryin campin again. I think the last camping failure was due to lack of gear and preparation. I woke up in a pile of mud and was freezing in 38 degree weather. City boy here! Or I'd need an rv like darling here....

lol last time it was a 2 person pup tent that I think we just left there in the mud...


I think that's why I like the glen by my house so much, walking through it, its just like being up north in wisconsin or michigan. without the 5 hr drive!

I'm not really a camper, but hubby likes to. We have a big tent and aerobeds. We had a popup but it got totaled. We would want a camper with a bathroom. Doesn't have to be big except for the bathroom! But I like the cabin idea too JD! Sounds cozy!

OH! You're all a bunch of mega-wusses!

The whole point of camping is roughing it! Otherwise you've just moved your living room out to the woods!

You're SUPPOSED to wake up with your body aching from sleeping on the cold hard ground.

You're SUPPOSED to have to brush your teeth and wash your hair with the rainwater you collected the night before!

You're SUPPOSED to become one with nature! For just for one or two nights for crying out loud

I am SO disapointed in you all
