Morning Mema and all . 

 The usual Sat. stuff for me (errands , music and poker ) We got some rain last nite so I don't have to wash my car now which is good as I never wash it anyway.

My week was okay.  It was horrible for the shop.  All week long it was $200-$350 days.  OUCH!  Today is busy though, so that helps.  Finally the sun is shining a bit, but I gather we are in for thunderstorms all weekend.

On the up side, Chris finally showed up to work.  He seems to be doing alright for now.  I gather Anna is going to come up later this afternoon. She wants to learn how to run the front desk here so she can maybe help me out every now and again.

How goes it for you? I imagine you are busy with school starting back up.

Good busy though- I am at a better pace then- I have 8 appointments everyday, so I know what to expect and can balance forum time better!

The boy had a good first week at school- so he says. I am praying.


Glad that Chris is doing good- are him and Anna hanging in there?

Good for you so far! I hope your boy sticks with the straight and narrow.

It's hard to tell with Chris and Anna.  That seems to change by the day.  He is in a fairly good mood today, which is a bonus.  He even came and gave me a hug and told me he was very sorry to hear about my cat... sympathy for anyone else's misery has been lacking in him lately. I'm guessing it is a good thing that Anna wants to come work here at the shop this afternoon, at least she is willing to spending time around him. They seemed okay last weekend when they came over for dinner, but she didn't have a lot to say as he was sitting right there.

Just got back from running over to the bank to get change.  I really like going there... the branch manager looks like he should be a GQ model. Looks to be in his late 20's, perfect teeth, always wears a crisply pressed shirt and nice ties. 

Okay, how about Saturday PM now?

We took Sami into the vet last night. She didn't have ear mites, she had an ear infection. So now we've got some ear drops that she absolutely hates. It must be tough being a cat. She also was overdue for her rabies shot, so we got that too. Dropped $100 on one cat! We took Jack in this morning to get his rabies shot too (it would be silly to have one cat vaccinated but not the other.) I was so worried that he would be difficult. Remember when we put the drops in his ears?

But he did really well. Better than Sami did even. Even the vet was impressed with how well behaved he was.

After taking Jack back home, I went to Farmer's Market and grocery shopping. Now I think I'll play for a while, then probably do some sewing that I'm behind on.
