what was for dinner tonight?  We are just now eating...Grilled chicken marinated in Kraft Roasted red pepper parmasan italian dressing and cheesy taters.

A very very small salad I forgot to eat earlier and it got too late to eat anything big, so I went with another damn salad.

it is...the dressing makes a great marinade..oh and I am dipping my chicken in more of it.

I see...I made Sparky do the grilling but other than that I did it. Oh and strawberry cheesecake for desert...sugar come...here I come.

I usually do the grilling but she usually does the inside cooking. Another of those things for her were if you want it done right, you do it yourself.

Granted it's now the next morning, but I was so pleased with supper last night, I had to reply.

We had pad thai chicken with green peppers over rice. I used chicken broth to cook the rice instead of water. It was SO good!
