that I will not be going to Houston, Texas. I will be going to San Antonio,Texas. Hubby had it wrong. We will go Sept 9th and return Sept 15th. Out of those days only 3 days are training. So we might get to do some sight-seeing. Does a small bird wanna come with? Some days may be boring but we will make the best of it. The conference is being held at the Omni San Antonia hotel. We peeked on to see what it looks like and I am already intimidated. We will most likely not stay there tho. If we stay there then we pay for the rental car. If we stay at a different hotel than the company will pay for the car too.

wow thats a long trip..maybe check out a Aarons or some other rental place and see if you can "rent" a laptop for a couple weeks.

 Sounds to me like your trip just got a whole lot better !  Houston is nothing but a crime ridden/ traffic filled dump . If I ever see it again it's because someone has kidnapped me and force me to go there.


 San Antone on the other hand is WAY smaller and has some nice stuff to see and do.  I think you'll enjoy yourselves there.


 


 


 the river walk and Texas 2nd most famous landmark .

everyone keeps mentioning the riverwalk. Glad to here that San Antonio is better.


And I'm sure hubby will keep his eyes open for the other attraction!
