This email just came in from Live365:

Dear Live365 Broadcaster,

We are planning on upgrading our database servers during our scheduled monthly maintenance window this weekend. So we regret to inform you that on
Sept. 2, 9:00-10:00PM Pacific (Sept. 3, 4:00-5:00 GMT), the entire Live365 service will be down, affecting all broadcasters and listeners.

During this window, the entire Live365 website, including broadcasting tools and billing pages, will be unavailable. Client applications, such as
Studio365 and Radio365, will be inoperable, and listeners will NOT be able to tune in during this period.

******

As a result we will be off the air from approximately 10 PM Central Time until sometime the following morning. The entire overnight will be without a broadcast. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I didn't realize this weekend was already Labor Day weekend.

In that case, we could well be off the air MOST of the weekend.

I'll be replacing the broadcast computer FRI or SAT, and if it's not up and running right away it might have to wait until Monday night because I'm hoping to do some Camping on Sunday and Monday.

I guess all I can say is if you hear music, we're on the air

I can handle no radio for a few hours or even a few daya but No live shows, that makes me sad. JD will you and Riggs call me and sing for me?

Will do in between flights.

Its going to be fine. Tonight, I just upgraded Linux versions, kernels, control panels, and web services on two live servers and didn't have an issue. Good computer vibes are in the air.
