Were guest DJ's for two hours on XM Radio's 80's channel yesterday!
it was sooooooooo cool. Patty is cool as ever! They played some of their own stuff, and their favorite artists and influences. They talked after EVERY song and told stories about the good ol' days.
it was worth the monthly subscription fee JUST FOR THAT!

I'm so impressed with XM. They have in studio artist DJ's all the time. Right now they're doing something called IT where they're chronologically playing all releases from the past 40 years.
It started on the 70's channel, and will work it's way into the 80's, 90's and 00's.
Really? They play all releases by year? That's so cool. Epsecially since I love the more obscure 80s releases that didn't make the top 20 that you just don't hear on mainstream radio anymore. I would get XM but I don't have time to listen to it. I'm too busy with FFR and work and baby cheese.
