it was good. got to see a bunch of folk I don't see often enough. a lot of ping pong and beer.

Oh man, you said it with the perfect temperature! Has this been nice or what?

I've been able to get nice long walks in three days straight now. So nice after having so much heat and humidity the last six weeks or so.

I agree! I got out for a nice hike yesterday in the glenn- found another trail on the other side I did not know was there- perfect refreshing walking weather! I hope we get 2 months of this!

We had so much rain the past week that things are green again. It looks like spring...very nice.

It only starts getting better now. Even if it's hot during the day, by dusk and at dawn we'll be in the 60's for a while. I try to get my walks in early or late to catch the cooler temps.

I loves the no humidity! better sleepin weather, better walkin weather, better sit outside and have a coffee weather....riggs have you noticed not a lot of hornets this year!!! last labor day picnic we were sitting ducks for hornets it was absurd- this year not a one!!

You know it's odd you say that JD. I just saw a news story that they are horrible this year. The ER's are reporting up to 8 stinging cases a day EACH! about 5 more a day than normal.

I HAVE NOT SEEN THAT AT ALL! I have hardly seen any this year, I thought it was a good year too!

They were saying that they're having a major problem with people getting stung in the mouth and throat!

The dumb things go into soda cans and bottles and then sting people when they get into their mouths. If they sting you in the throat it can close up on you from the swelling!

lol pretty close! I've got a thing of pineapple, some peppers, ketchup, H20 and beer. oh and my big AZZ jug of green tea.


a refrigerator that a kid 1/2 my age would be proud of!
