How do you like your Subway sammich?

I am eating one now- I like mine all the way except black olives. For some reason though, all the way except black olives, still makes them ask if you want every other ingredient! I do not care which bread or meat they use, I like to mix it up, but I like all the veggies and stuff!

I like the turkey and ham on either wheat or the asiago cheese bread. grilled. pepper jack cheese, spinach, red onion, tomato, green peppers, a few sweet peppers and light brown mustard. to go.

Good Call JD! I like it exactly the same way but I skip the green peppers and add black olives.

But definately the Asiago Cheese Bread, or the Wheat if I'm trying to make it healthier. The pepper-jack is a must. And I prefer the honey mustard.

I like that they toast em' now if you want them too. Very tasty!

I never heard of pepper jack cheese until a friend of mine made some cheesy eggs while we were camping and she used pepperjack cheese. Man those were the BEST EGGS I ever had! The pepper-jack gave em' just enough bite! I barely notice all the skeeters I was eating with them

Gotta love cookin' outdoors

Bah.

My mainstay is a club on wheat with no cheese. If I'm feeling naughty, I'll get shredded cheese on it once in a while. Toppings are usually lettuce, pickle, tomato, black olives, and honey mustard.

Well maybe he is afraid of upsetting you and being banned. Hand over the reins to me for a few days and let us see if he keeps picking on me!

I don't think that's it. Dave's never been afraid to be mean to me in the past

No, there's something more sinister at play here I smell a conspiracy.

know what I've found out about Subway is that their on "special" subs sound good, but are usually . that chicken terryaki? last week I tried the new chicken bacon ranch sub. OMG probably 2000 calories a piece, and I have never seen flatter breaded chicken breasts than the ones used in these. they looked gross! stick to the standards and what you know!!

Yeah- I am there for a cold sub and that is it. I do not know why they have to keep mixing it up- they have a good thing. If I want a hot sub, I will go to Quiznos!

do you remember when subway used to cut the top off of the bread, and stuff everything in there, then put that cut off piece of bread back on top?

right now, the subways around here are offering a buy one get one free coupon, and they are handing them out pretty liberally. I came back the other day at work and had like 4 of these in my sammich bag. I'll go back, the price is right, and there are much worse options for a fast- food lunch!

Does anyone else have a Cousins subs by them? They might be just mid-west regional...but they dance circles around subway for quality and taste.....and again, subway ain't bad!

Nope, do not remember that, but I have only been going to Subway for about five years, maybe six. Never heard of Cousins- have you heard of Quiznos?

that was a different bread all together, hey ally?

I remember liking them for a couple of months back when riggs and I used to work together, then just got sooooo tired of them and didn't go back for like 5 yrs until recently. they hit the spot, but after awhile, like anything, ya just get tired of the taste....

If I was smart and had some serious money to invest, I'd open up a soup house near where I work. It is under soooo much development, but its becoming such another strip mall in america. It needs an independent place that belongs to the neighborhood, not corporate america and its franchises.........something as simple as a good soup, as opposed to mcd's, arbys, subway, wendys etc......the guy who realizes this and gets there first makes his millions, I guarantee!
