I heard a Xmas song on the radio today!

Then the DJ stated that do not forget, they were the first to wish you Happy Holidays!

It used to be Thanksgiving, then it was Halloween, BUT LABOR DAY! That is too soon to think about Christmas!

Before you know it they're gonna start putting out the Christmas stuff on Christmas! FOR NEXT YEAR

BTW, it was Tracy Chapman'a version of O Holy Night. It was very good- do you have that one Riggs?

I'm not sure Ruby, but I probably do. I've got a lot of the more current Christmas stuff.

Thanksgiving day we start here. one song an hour. Then a week before Christmas it's one song every 30 minutes. Then the day after Christmas, no more!

I think that's a reasonable blend. Some of the local stations really overdo it, expecially right after thanksgiving. By Christmas you're sick of it already.

In all honesty, I went to Walmart today, and did see a big stand-up Santa for sale.

Good ! It gives me even more time to laugh at all the idiots who make this possible .

The " idiots " being anyone who bought a useless piece of crap to give to someone last year , keep feeding the fire people , just keep on feeding the fire  LOL  what a bunch of dopes.

And don't give me that " it's for the kids " crap either , you're just setting a bad example for them . When they get older they'll be out buying useless crap to give their kids , thereby continuing this mass waste of time and money.

I'd blow that up 20 times and put it in front of the mall but all the people who would see it are dopes and probly think it's an ad for the pet store.
