you got it. that's exactly where I am every damn day. i sometimes walk to the west loop for lunch in Greektown which is nice. I can walk anywhere in the Loop for lunch...down to Printers Row or to Millenium Park/ State St......but I prefer to get away from mobs of people.

there's a good restaurant in greek town! I forget what its called! the place that goes UMPA!!! when they light your cheese!!!


I'll come down on amtrak and meet you for lunch some day. I love day trips to chitown on the train! love the train!

my fave Greek restaurant on Halsted in Pegasus. It's got awesome decor, too. There are a few others that are ok. Yeah, if you take a daytrip let me know. Hopefully the weather will be nice. No more Marshall Fields in Chgo as you may have heard, it is now Macy's. Some people are up in arms about it.

that's the Corner Bakery. There are actually 2 Corner Bakeries in Union Station. One is on the lower level where you get off the trains and the other is on street level (on Jackson Blvd to be exact).


Did you ever get your Lake Michigan sunrise photos?
