In the movie The Wizard of Oz, Glinda is the good witch's name.  What is the first name of the Wicked witch of the west...? DO they ever say what her first name is?

Her name is Elphaba, and the witch in the east is Nessarose, which means no arms, which is why she had the shoes! In the books the good witch of the north is not Glinda, he never gives her a name! We all know the name of the witch in the south- Ruby!
