Excellente indeed!

I have already downloaded and installed the database and the broadcast software into the computer while I'm waiting for the music to transfer.

We should be broadcasting off that system with somewhat limited abilities by morning!

We're broadcasting out of the studio again! YEAAAAAAAAAAH! That means quality microphones (I think, I haven't tested them. I should do that!)

it's getting there!  I was at Circuit City tonight and was gonna finally pick up a 5.1 surround sound sound card, figuring this would be a good time to install it.  Then i thought, EH, better not push it.  Get it running again and worry about sound upgrades later

I honestly couldn't tell you. It kept failing and failing and failing. Saying files were missing and stuff. But eventually it went through. It seems FINE though. I deleted almost ALL the preloaded crap they put on there, so it is JUST broadcast, nothing else.

The whole system crashed again while I was setting it up last night. I can't even get the computer to boot up again

I have moved on to plan B. A can of gasoline and some matches. Say goodbye to the plush Freeze-Frame Studios.

Awwwww, don't cry Woo.

I'm gonna keep working at it. But I have very little time these next two weeks. And I won't invest another dime in equipment, so I'm just gonna have to figure out a way to get that old computer running again.

In the meantime it's all 80's.

Actually, I'm thinking of just opening up the playlist to the whole 9200 songs, but I'm not sure. There's A LOT of really obscure stuff in there and that might be a huge turnoff to some people.

We've lost a LOT of listeners because of this, I don't know how many more we can afford to lose.

Well, I GUARANTEE THIS, I don't know about Friday morning anymore, but I WILL SPEND THE ENTIRE DAY FRIDAY working on it so it is AT LEAST GOOD ENOUGH to use during the cookout.

WE WILL BROADCAST FROM THE STUDIO FOR THE COOKOUT!!!!

I had it running once before. I can get it atleast that far again. I'm gonna get it back to where it can broadcast and then not even TRY to fix anything else until after the cookout.
