Mine was fine thanks, got drunk Friday, got over the hangover on Saturday, then relaxed Sunday! I should really do more with my weekends!

good morning everyone!  here we go again!  the office energy seems less tense this morning.  that is good.  hope everyone had a nice weekend.  my husband is back from his utah hunt.  i am sad to report that he came back empty handed.  i suppose that's why it's called "hunting" and not "getting"...


glad to see that you are back woo.  how was texas.  is it a whole other country like the commercials say?

Texas was ok. The Riverwalk really made it! That was very cool and fun! That seemed like another world.

hi, ruby!  yes, things eventualy smoothe out around here, but the edges remain frayed...


oh, well.  that's life.

yep we were in San Antonio. The Riverwalk was the best. We did the Alamo in the pouring rain. We went in to buy an umbrella in the gift shop. by the time we came out it stopped raining! We went there on 9-11. So we got a picture of their fireman display on the lawn. By the time we were done we noticed that it was gone. So I'm glad we went when we did.

Hubby ordered the beer. But I tasted it. It was ok. But then we asked for the bartenders opinion on some beer and we ended up really liking Shiner Blond. We both drank that off and on! I of course had to throw some margaritas in!

Howdy Friends.

We had a "patriotic" thing at the court house today. The kids were there from the elementary schools, high school band, etc. It was a good turn out, but chilly. Its only 47 now with a cool wind.

Now to get caught up . . .

My hot neighbor is from North Dakota. He's totally going through culture shock. It usually doesn't snow until December here, and if Sparky's already getting snowflakes, he's totally going to think this is a heat wave!
