Ruby, oh, a coworker is basically just being pissy. We're having an issue, she refuses to acknowledge it, won't respond to me when I try to resolve it, and now has whined to our boss. Our boss tends to invent processes whenever someone whines about something, and now we've got a process for a process. We just keep digging the hole the deeper.

Maybe it's because I'm working on a boring project so I'm checking back in more than usual, but when I get back from lunch, I usually have a handful of posts to catch up on. Today seems a bit slow.
