I don't get why so many people are upset.   There are people there comparing Genesis without Gabriel (I love both Gabriel and Collins lineups) as Pink Floyd without Roger Waters.   I don't see it,  if this was the Calling All Stations lineup reuniting, I'd understand, but for a lot of people, especially Americans, ABACAB/Invisible Touch/We Can't Dance is the Genesis that we grew up on.   I don't care if a lot of fans are disappointed, I would love to see the trio-lineup from 78-92 as there are so many great songs from that period and I prefer Phil's Genesis material to his solo stuff (sans In The Air Tonight, Against All Odds and most of the No Jacket Required album).      A reunion of the Lamb Lies Down On Broadway lineup frankly would just have too much ego between Peter and Phil fighting over who performs more songs.  Hopefully we will see a Peter Gabriel reunion down the road but I will definately enjoy seeing Phil, Tony and Mike together again performing the hits I loved as a kid.

I bet there will be a part two of the tour with Gabriel in tow in '08 when he's "available"
