Not sure how to react to this, but to me it was more about a crush than their music! Although I always appreciated the stranger or rather non- mainstream tunes they had. They write lyrics well- with an air of mystery.

Duran Duran Revitalized By Timberlake/Timbaland Collaboration

Duran DuranEighties pop group Duran Duran have been forced to radically alter their recording style to keep up with collaborators Justin Timberlake and Timbaland on their new album. Frontman Simon Le Bon, currently in a New York studio taping the disc, was shocked at how spontaneous Timberlake and hip-hop producer Timbaland are.

He says, "(Justin) works very quickly. We're usually slow as snails. It's quite a challenge, and we had to change the way we play, really. Particularly me. I had to be able to come up with ideas very quickly on the microphone. Just do it. Have new lyrics the next day - or the next evening. This is the best thing that could have happened to us. It relights your fire. The stuff is great. We know we already have two singles."

I will keep positive.  Remember when we all heard Madonna was working with Babyface & though huh?  But it actually turned out beautifully.

It just seems like odd timing to me. They had SUCH a resurgence with their last album, they obviously did something right. Hopefully Timberlake is just seasoning and not a major new ingredient in their sound.

Time will tell. I agree with LS, I'll just stay positive until I can hear for myself

Oh, hell ya!  (Then again, I love "Jane's Getting Serious."  I think it gets the worst rap on this Forum.  What I really don't understand, though, is why some people think Justin Timberlake is good looking?!  Am I missing something here?

there was a time when he was with NSYNC that I thought he was cute. Not crazy about him- just cute. Now I have no idea where that went!

I do not find him attractive either. My beef with Jane's Getting Seriuos is that I have heard that song every morning for more than a year!

Yeah, Jane's not exactly a bad song. But even a really good song can become bad after hearing it twice a day, every day, for 4 months.

JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE is considering quitting the music business after just two solo albums. The SEXYBACK star, 25, has revealed he doesn't want to be performing on stage for the rest of his life - because he's sick of unwanted attention from female fans and abuse from rowdy audiences. He says, "I've had bottles of pee thrown at me, and had girls try to tear my clothes off. "I don't want to be jumping around on stage 10 years from now." Timberlake launched his pop career with boy band 'N SYNC before embarking on a solo career in 2002. He's since tried his hand at acting with roles in EDISON, ALPHA DOG and upcoming animation SHREK THE THIRD.
