I've been getting dropouts every since I logged on this afternoon. I'm using the Live365 VIP player.

I started making note of the timing to see if there is a pattern. It is consistent, "about" every three minutes, but not the same every time.

Minutes between skips:
3:24
3:07
3:05
3:02
2:47
2:53
2:57
3:30
2:57
2:28
3:36
3:16

I don't know if it is Live365 or or the broadcast, but that's what I'm seeing here tonight.

Wow!

Thanks for the detailed log web!

I'm keeping an eye on it on our end, and I can't see anything indicating that there's a problem on our end. So I'm hoping it's a Live365 thing. But if it's not better by morning I'll look into it further.

Usually if it's on our end it's because an encoder or somethings is trying to start but not connecting, and all our encoders are working fine right now.

When it drops out, it goes away for about 4 seconds. During that time, that part of the song is lost. I would expect if it was the broadcast computer, the song would continue right where it left off.

Right. It's probably our cable.

In fact, it was REALLY acting weird last night, and even affecting Digital Cable, I had to call Time-Warner to complain because the picture was breaking up and skipping so bad.

Maybe it's all related.

This is weird, it sounds like some people have the problem and some don't.
