Yeah, the spam tag is showing you the spam score and disarmed means that that some potentially harmful iframes or java scripting have been removed. There is a new option in Cpanel to control how it handles spam. (Mailscanner link at the bottom) You can set the levels for "low" and "high" scoring spam and also what to with them based on the level of score. I have mine set to put "low" scoring spam in a spam box and delete "high" scoring spam so I don't even have to know it arrived.
I also have a new reporting system I can watch and see how its doing. It seems quite effective.
Hm, I'll have to check that out. Maybe I can use that and switch SBC/Yahoo's terrible version off. (I get so many false positives that it's almost not worth it.)
