Snow Tires & BBQ survey

Two totally random questions???

Okay, how many of you put snow tires on your car for the winter?   Does anyone change them?  And how many of you still Barbeque outside even in the cold winter??

I do not put snow tires on my car, though I probably should.  And our household cooks outside and BBQ's all year long including the winter.

I really want and need snow tires, but I can't afford them. And we usually don't grill outside in winter.

I think up here most of the tires are all terrain. and I usually won't bbq in the winter cuz you can't sit outside and enjoy it.

all terrain tires...  we only get a couple really good snows each season, but a lot of ice and freezing rain

no winter grilling for me...  too cold to be running in and out!

We too have AT tires year round here. I have bbq'd in the middle of winter but not on a regular basis.

LIke SG, does not snow here and we bbq all year long- even though it gets chilly at night for a bit, our grill is on our screened in porch, so it is close to the inside- run in and run out!

No snow tires or chains here.  We like to make it interesting if we have to drive in the snow.

For the first 10 years of our marriage, Hubby grilled 3-4 times a week year round.  I'd do the baked potato/rice/pasts and salad/veggie.  He'd do the meat.  Steak, chicken, pork, fish, burgers.  It was a great team back in those days.

We have AT/AW tires on all three vehicles. BBQ in the winter... ABSOLUTELY.  If we can get the fire lit, it's ON!  I used to even smoke the turkey for Thanksgiving the hard way... over charcoal with lots of wood chunks.  These days I do tend to outsource my turkey smoking to the local BBQ joint... too many minor burns to contend with.
