I forgot to mention that Kelly the goldfish died yesterday, that was another reason I had a bad undead day. Then my hubby ran some cable in E's room and left a pile of wood shavings in her room. Well she filled the fish bowl with them! Somehow Puddles has survived that!

Anyway- it is chilly now, 47- so I am driving the boy to the bus stop.

Morning everyone! Just getting ready to head out the door, we have a meeting this morning because we had our wire operator / receptionist quit. We haven't had anyone leave in at least 3 years and everytime someone does it's pure chaos because that pulls our support staff off of their regular jobs to cover up front and things tend to not get done. Anyone looking for a job that can move to SD in 2 days??

Ahhh Monday after the Sunday night game in which the Patriots lost   Why did I even stay up??


Another weekend of working on Saturday and picking up leaves on Sunday.  My arms actually ache from all the raking.  Anyway, back at the "real" job today and I'm very tired.   I need lots of coffee today

Good mornin'.

I'm still kind of shocked. I found out yesterday that a couple we know are splitting up and she is moving a few states away to go be with her Internet boyfriend. People are saying they think she will be back, but I don't think so. He is a part time pastor and she is just as "preachy" if not more than he is.

Its not that I think they are "above" splitting up, I think its more that I know her just well enough that I can't imagine she is willing to have people think badly of her. This is why I don't think she will ever come back to him as long as he still lives here. She will have some serious hypocrisy issues to address and knowing what little I do about her, I just can't see her coming back to face those issues. Time will tell, I guess.




It looks like it is going to be a very nice week for weather here, 60's and 70's.

he didnt do it, but lets pretend he did. I have yet another eye infection.Its worse this time and my eyelid is really swollen. I dont think unless that goes away I should be working in a doctors office.

Oh I forgot to tell that now not only do I have to deal with them stupid box elder bugs (which keep getting in my bed!), I also spotted a mouse yesterday! We caught one last night and then another this morning!

They are pretty harmless but they are a nuissance! I am so sick of them! Last year it was house centipedes and now these! No guarantee that the centipedes won't be back either.

I HATE THOSE THINGS!!!

I NEVER saw them around here until two years ago, now they're everywhere!

It seems like we just keep getting more and more bugs.

When I was a kid i NEVER saw a ladybug. I half thought they were a myth! About 8 years ago we started being infested with them. The same thing with lightning bugs!

Five years ago we started getting earwigs, again, had never seen them before, suddenly, tons of them.

Now these stupid Elder bugs! They get into the windows somehow. Even though they're sealed up and the bug is a pretty big bug, I find em in the windows ALL the time!

DAMN!

I HATE BUGS!

use raid fumigators (not foggers).  should take care of both.  a three pack box is about $11.  we use these twice a year for spiders and other pesky bugs...

My house is infected w/ them too Riggs.!!!  Real, real big ones.
