how is it possible that the repubs are holding ground in the senate, while congress seems like a democratic landslide???


do the senate votes get counted by Jeb Bush like the Presidential ones were?

We have many challenges ahead of us. It won't be easy. But you, the public, deserve our best efforts to make this a great (country...state etc). But we will need your help (taxes/ obedience/silence). It takes time to create the change we all (in the party) want to see happen.


There are people out there. Evil bad people. People with ideas and agendas different from ours. But tonight is a night for celebration! Its not only me who has won here tonight, it is you- the people. Thank You!!!"

I don't think all the seats in the Senate were up for renewal. (Okay, I don't know the right term off hand, but you know what I mean.)

Personally, I kind of like it better this way. Hopefully things will be a bit more balanced now.
