Hello all! We came in a tad bit earlier today. My husband is trying to get things in order before he leaves for vacation (hunting) next week. I only met half of my goal yesterday, so I am hoping to get more accomplished today. Have a good Friday all!

Today is a holiday in MA, so I don't have to work.  It's Veteran's Day.  So at any rate long weekend for me. With the exception that I do have to work at the golf course tomorrow.  Today I'll do laundry I think And take Rex out for a walk.   I hope you all have a great day.

Yay, its Friday. No snow here yet, but it is cloudy and expected to get some snow today. Currently 32°.

Welcome to Nebraska. Wednesday it was sunny and we had a high of 84. Today there's a good chance of snow and will be in the 30's.

I had to go pay the boy's school lunch bill. We decided to pay by the quarter (1/4 of a year, not in 25 cent quarters). We got a letter yesterday stating that his lunch balance was negative, how they don't allow that, and they made it sound like "pay us now or your kid won't eat".

I stopped at the office to pay the bill and I suggested that if they would send out a notice BEFORE the account gets negative, maybe they wouldn't get negative. The secretary basically just said that is not how they do it . . . we're just supposed to know and remember to pay it before it runs out.

TGIF is right. This is another one of those days when I didn't want to come in to work. I'm feeling like chopped liver here enough as it is, and it's beautiful outside today. It's supposed to be 70 today, but it's only 62 right now. But tomorrow is the end of our warm weather too; it's supposed to start at 45 and drop throughout the day. I don't envy all you people who live north of me.

I guess milwaukee already saw its high temperature of 42 degrees already today.


5-6 inches of snow northwest of here.......(SIGH.............)
