I am out of the loop- what concert????

Bret Michaels...he played at a local place last night. Sparky was up at 5 yesterday morning and didnt get home until after 11 and was not asleep until after 12:00....the old fart isnt used to playing with the big kids...he is in bed a little after 10 every night.

he did, he had VIP passes and was about two feet away from him on stage. I better not tell all of his stuff, I will let him give the details.

I talked to him a few minutes ago, because its not like him to not even pop in to say goodmorning...he is really busy. They have a client appreciation night coming up and they are getting the invites ready today, everyone in the office is helping. I guess we know whats more important to him...

Hmmmmmmmmm Where do I start?

When I joined FFR I worked for a Wireless cell phone company and had access to FFR during the day and had a ball. loved every minute of it.

June 2nd after 4 years I was fired and celebrated my 34th birthday on June 3rd

My Father passed away of a heart attack a week later adn my grandmother passed away the week after that. ( there is a thread in here about it).

My nickname comes from the famed rabbit in Bambi and the fact that I am an awesome Chef as my family and friends can tell you is why I am the Thumptastic Chef to FFR.

 

I finally got a job at West Corporation taking inbound calls for a Suppliment to Medicare HMO called Secure Horizons. I assisted senior Citizens with thier problems with doctors, prescriptions, Medicare Part D,Changing plans, disenrollments due to death, moving, etc. I also dealt with thier family members who were upset that we could not change thier parents doctor while they were in the hospital ( its in violation of HIPPA ). I have done call centers for 9 years. This was possibly the worst call center I have ever worked in. They are making all of us come in at our regular times on the holidays and then since we will be slow  they can send us home. That is a waste of gas and time.  The fact that they do not even at least pay you regular time for not being there so you dont lose money is just wrong. Maybe its just me but I dont believe thats right.

Anyways as stated earlier, I got a job now at Capital One and will be taking inbound calls from customers regarding existing accounts, I may have to contact customers regarding payments, and could receive bonuses for helping them restore their accounts to good standing. It sounds like a great job and I hope I succeed. the schedule is Monday- 900-8. T-F 1130-8. No Nights, Weekends and paid holidays.
