I click on the request button & I hear it click, but no window is coming up for me saying it went through.  (?)

This Jackson 5 song is one I tried to request.  But the box didn't come up for me to enter an info in, and the other I tried to request wouldn't work.

Did you just update your browser or anything LS? The pop up might be being blocked. You can also try holding the Ctrl key down when you click on the link, sometimes that'll allow the pop up.

I did not update my browser, but that Control Key trick worked.  Thanks MZ!

Sounds like a pop up blocker then. You can try to find out which one and allow popups for Jimmco, or just use the ctrl key.

Doesn't Do Windows

Windows pushed an upgrade to Internet Explorer on my computer this morning. I got a prompt asking if I wanted to allow the upgrade to happen. I haven't even ran the new IE yet to look at it.
