I agree Mornin' I woke up with back trouble. I believe I had some sort of pinch in my back and I am having trouble moving without effort. Today at work they are doing a major switch which is gonna cause trouble. Hopefully not for me. But anyway I already hear confrontations occurring so this can't be good. My hubby also reminded me that he has to Virginia? for training on Wednesday thru Friday. Oh and I hear that we are expecting snow Thursday. Well I am just full of sunshine today. sorry. Have a great......!

Morning all. Looks like it'll be a busy day, but I think I can handle it. I'm a bit sore though, I slipped when stepping into the shower this morning and Brian had to come help me up. I hoping that'll go away throughout the day instead of getting worse.

Morning too! I have had unbearable back pain the last two mornings Woo, so I feel your pain. Hope you feel better too MZ. I have been using the heating pad and Advil to ease my pain and help me out of bed- I feel like I am 80! My dad is back in the hospital again. Well we'll see how today goes- was the 4 days off worth it???
