It looks like a normal town but there are so many quirky things and odd sights to see, and the wildlife can be a tad too friendly!!  I will be posting these next week after I buy a new USB cable when I fly to the city for that supplies shopping break!

Howdy Folks.

Brrr, its cold this morning. It is -4° with a wind chill of -15°. The high is expected to be 18°. Too cold for this old guy.

I better get the boy up and going toward school.

good morning everyone.  i won't even begin to whine about how we've already reached our high for today (35*) and our temps will be dropping and the wind howling after seeing how cold some of y'all have it today...     are we all ready for summer now?

We're doing better. Our temperature got one number smaller, but when you're below zero, smaller is better.

The boy is at school and the dog is at the vet for more testing.

I need to stop at the photo store and have some digital prints made. My scanner has a special slot to scan slides and negatives. I scanned about 20 slides last night and am going to have some prints made to see how they turn out. The scans look good, and if the prints look ok too, I'm going to scan a bunch more for my mother-in-law for Christmas. Her old projector is just too much for her to dig out so maybe she'd like some prints made of those old photos.

right now it is 8 degrees in milwaukee, with wind chill they are saying between 5 and 15 degrees below zero!
