I had a Cabbage Patch kid (one with real hair),
I wanted Transformers but never got any,
I had a few Care Bears things,
I loved Pound Puppies and had tons of them,
I still have a Game Boy,
What's a Pog?
I have a couple Beanie Babies but wasn't into them like everyone else was at the time,
I despise Pokemon,
I have a Furby,
I'd like one of those Razor scooters,
I think the Bratz are ugly but my sister loves them,
And I'd love an XBox!

I read last week about a couple of college guys that had a bottle rocket fight INSIDE their house. They left after they were done, not realizing that they had set the couch on fire- they came home to a real warm and burnt down house!

Ahhh..it's coming back to me now...

I did have a cabbage patch kid given to me which i gave to my dog as a present because it freaked me out as a kid!!  I hated it so much!

I loved my Tonka Truck better!!

And I only ever had an Atari and Commodore 64 game systems!  Still to this day I have never played a Playstation.

I don't remember any "must have" type toys.  My parents weren't into the fad stuff like that. I see the news coverage of people getting into brawls in the toy department over whatever the "in" toy is to have, but I can't fathom myself ever participating in such mayhem. The craziest I get is every now and again venturing into the Barbie section.

When Pambo's kids were younger, I did from time to time assist in the purchase of Beanie Babies, Pogs, Pokemons, and Bionicles.

They are these little round collectible disks a little bigger than standard poker chips if I remember correctly.  They are part of some game that used to be really popular with the grade school set. I think they got traded around or something like that.  They didn't cost much, but I sure do remember Owen just about going out of his mind over the ones we got him.

I can't believe they are calling the Slinky a "bad fad".  I still own two or three of them.  I have one on my desk at work. It is what I futz with when I'm thinking really hard or I'm really stressed.

Okay, I read more on the website. I guess it is "bad" in whatever sense one wishes to take that in.

Was anyone nice enough to as least include matches or a lighter?
