Hey hey JD!  Nice...you are still up!!  Chicken & Veg soup...mmm...go well with my flu right now!!


And favourite food...well because I am half Singaporean I am into everything chilli!  Hotter than hell spicy food.  I love Thai and Indian foods, pizza, mexican.  I love to cook so I cook alot of asian foods!!

aw excellent!


I throw some diced hot peppers into my soup to give it some kick!


I did not know 1/2 Singaporian! neat o!!


aw still fightin the flu??? I suppose the new climate takes a bit to get used to! whenever I moved anywhere new, or went to work at a new job, it seemed like I always got sick until I got acclimated to the new germs!

Hardly anyone knows of mixed heritage...most think I am maori new zealander!!


The flu is going the more beer I drink so will be toasting you all over there very soon when the hour gets a little more respectable!  Is only 8.50am here Tuesday morning!


Go drink plenty and have a great night   And have some of that soup for me!  I make an excellent spicy asian soup that you may just well like!  Blows most people's heads off but they seem to enjoy it...they keep coming back for more!


Oh and I forgot...i love the traditional aussie barbeque!!  Outdoors eating prawns and other good foods grilled to perfection...mmmm...goes so well with beer!

Same here...going in search of all the foods that I cannot get in Weipa!!  Get basic foods up there and not much else.  How boring!  Have to stock up on supplies of what I want before I head back up.  And I can't believe the town runs out of milk and bread every week!  Have to wait for the barge to come in with more supplies.  They ran out of coffee last week so was sitting there with major withdrawls!!  I think everyone is happy enough as long as they don't run out of beer!
