Absolutely real. They're just mushed into the dress. I think she is classy and beautiful. And a waaaaay better rolemodel for young girls than certain other singer/sex symbols. (Oh, and normally I love what she wears.)

Ahh, maybe a play on trick photography, if you look at both before pics she is not smiling, in both after pics she is smiling big. Go to the mirror and make the same faces as she is and watch your nose change with it. I made Allycat do it 12 times so I could get an accurate idea.
