She is trying to figure out what one of her presents is. She had asked for a new pair of headphones to replace the crappy ear buds that came with her mp3 player. I got a nice pair for her but put them in a much bigger box. I taped the little box they are in to the bottom of the big box so they can't move. I then put a nut (like nut and bolt) inside an empty plastic film canister and put that loose in the box.
She keeps walking by the tree and picking up that box and trying to figure out what is rolling around inside there.
Actually they were her picks but my dedications. We had FFR playing through the home stereo and I was yelling at her "Hey, now what do you want to hear". I'm sure what is what she WOULD HAVE put had she actually been making the dedications . . . well, no not really, but hey, a guy can pretend now and then.
One of the ladies that sings with our praise team at church told me the other day that her son (15) said "Mom, you had kids just so you could screw with our heads, didn't you!".
Good job, Web. Way to stay creative, too! I say it serves 'em right for trying to guess!
