I was going to post this under an existing thread, but I didn't want to take away from the message of that thread, so I thought I would start a new one. I still think its sooo cool that we have this many people coming together regularly on the forum from all over the US to see what we're all up to. But when I think of Ultimo checking in from the other side of the Atlantic, that's just too cool. Sure, the station has a world-wide audience, but Ultimo i...

Hey LADY AURORA, Welcome back! I saw you signed up again for the forum. I'm sorry we deleted you, but we hadn't heard from you since your initial sign up day so we thought you had moved on. Glad to have you back though!

Would anyone else support this idea? Since we seem to be forming a small community here, and seeing the outpouring of support for the annonymous member who had the family health worries I thought it would be great to have a standing prayer request thread. Heck, we all need some support sometimes o...

MEMBERS ONLY SECTION coming soon · Jeremy Riggs

Ray sent us a photo to post, and had suggested that we consider a photo section for the website. That got me thinking. It would be cool to have a place for photo's we want to share, but I'm not sure we'd want to make it open to the ENTIRE listening audience. So I'm working on a members only section...

Well, our worst fears were realized yesterday at around 10 AM when SBC Ameritech's high quality DSL service (sarcasm is dripping in large quantity here) went out and STAYED OUT for over 10 hours! I took advantage of the downtime though, using it to make the switch to a dual broadband system. W...

Hey! Here's an idea- we ALL have gripes about work- its inherent in the very nature of "work". BUT got a great nightmare from hell that is work related? Here's one- Years ago Riggs and I worked in different departments for a print and publishing house. He worked 3rd shift, and I worked 2nd, although...

Here's a question for you. For our new music weekend this weekend (which will affect most of you only on Saturday), would you prefer to hear Smokey Robinson's new CD or the scheduled Stevie Wonder CD? Neither are likely to be blockbusters, but after listening to Stevie Wonder's new single "What T...

I thought this FANTASY topic deserved it's own thread

You know J.D., if we could ever GROW this freakin' station, we could write off the whole trip as an advertising expense! Drop off flyers everywhere we go. Hit the little newspapers along the way trying to get a story planted. ...

We have been experiencing an incredibly bad run of internet drops during the past week, averaging three drops a day! This is because of the crappy service provided by SBC Ameritech. We will be working on some issues with our broadcast situation this week, and there may be periods of down-time as a...

Wow. Seems that there are a lot of FFR folks having a bad day.
