12 Days of Christmas
(Preview)
My grandmother told me that the 12 days of Christmas were once celebrated in our family.
It is actually after Christmas, Dec 25. It is the 12 days beginning December 26th and ending on January 6th. This is the date that the three wise men found the Christ child, thus the purpose of the gif...

Auto Request System BACK UP!
(Preview)
Allright folks.
I'm sorry I wasn't around for you yesterday, and that the system had to be down all day, but it's back up now, and things are working well.
Hopefully not too many listeners went away disappointed!

What was your best Christmas as a kid?
(Preview)
Hello,
I thought it would be cool if we had a chat about our christmas experiences when you where little. Here is mine when I was around 12 years old, I shared a room with my younger brother in our basement. We went to bed around 9 pm and I just could not sleep, dreaming of some cool presents I hoped I got (I d...

Auto Request System is down
(Preview)
Hello everybody!
Unfortunately the Auto Request System is down today and I'm not sure why.
I'm looking into it, BUT I have a very busy day ahead of me so I won't be able to devote much time to it. There's a chance it won't be up at all today or even early tomorrow.
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Favorite Piece of 80's Clothing
(Preview)
The cutting-edge styles, the bright colors, the Ray Bans. An era where it was ok for men to wear pink and for women to wear black netting as shirts.
What was your favorite clothing item in the 1980's?
Mine was my Miami Vice style gray checkered sportcoat that I wore to homecoming 1987....

PACKERS - OUCH! That One Hurt!
(Preview)
Our Packers laid another big ol' egg on Sunday!
45 - 10 (maybe worse, I turned it off after that).
I guess we're just pretenders.
CONGRATS to the Eagles though, they are one dynamic team. It definately should be an Eagles / Colts Superbowl.

Worst date ever in high school
(Preview)
O.K., since we have the prom song discussion going, what about the worst date you ever went on in high school? I know, this could open up a lot of wounds, but I would love to hear it. (I swear I'm not a sadist.)
The worst one I ever went on was a setup with my best friend and her boyfriend...

When did the 80's Really End??
(Preview)
Of course the correct answer would be Jan 1, 1990...but decades seem to lose their identity a few years before their end, or in some cases a few years after their end.
For example, I feel that the 21rst century really began (unfortunately) on Sept 11, 2001. And many hold-overs, including the c...
