Take and post a pic a day for a year
(
First … Last »
)
(Preview)
I half-heartedly entered myself in to a pic-a-day for a year challenge. It's not a contest or anything like that, just motivation to take some kind of photo every day. It may get old quick, but I know it will be good for me to try to get better at watching for things to shoot, and different ways to shoot them...

Today I wish I lived in Samoa
(Preview)
There Will Be No Friday This Week In Samoa by MARK MEMMOTT What's happening in Samoa on Friday? Nothing (sort of). Officially, the day won't exist. As Eyder previewed back in May, the tiny island nation in the South Pacific has decided to move from one side of the very near International Dateline t...

Happy Tuesday! (Oh, and Happy Hanukkah too.)
(Preview)
Good day all! We went to a friend's birthday party at the martini bar last night. It was really fun just laughing and chatting with people, and it was the perfect size group. I think I'm still high on the positive energy today.

Last Monday before Christmas
(Preview)
That's right folks, less than one week to Christmas. Wow, this year went fast. We are mostly ready. Still waiting on a couple gifts that are on their way in mail/UPS, but they should make it in plenty of time. I thought I was feeling pretty good yesterday. I didn't play bass, but I went to church to run the l...

Just another Hump Day
(Preview)
Well, maybe not just another Hump Day . . . We're getting ready to head out for my surgery today. Hopefully the roads are not too slick with the freezing rain we have. I'm hungry and I don't get to eat until it's over. Hope you all have a good day. I'll check back in when I can.

Happy Monday from Business Cat

Good day all. If I were a pessimist, I would say: Man, there's something wrong with my email. I didn't get any work emails over the weekend. It's going to be a bad winter, I can tell because our weather is going to be unseasonably warm this week. Bugs will be bad in spring. But I'm not a pessimist. Som...

Good day, all... can't believe I'm starting the Friday thread. Ah well... slightly warmer here today, presently 27*. I gather it is supposed to get up into the 40's over the weekend. We'll see. Again the nephew's case has been continued, but this time it is at least for an interesting reason: His co-of...

Good day all. It's been a busy day so far. We had a supplier come in right when we open, so I didn't get my typical start to the day. Now I'm in another one of those loops where everyone wants everything right now.

Way too often. Good day all. It was a roller coaster of a holiday and weekend. On the positive aspect, we got to see our families, play with babies and puppies, and I got a ton of shopping done without getting into the whole Black Friday mess.
